Many people buy a computer and make the assumption that it automatically comes with everything it needs to function properly. This is not true! Computers do come with the ability to run, but they are often left unprotected from damaging things like viruses and spyware; also the factory settings that computers come set to often do not fit the needs of most users.
Hilger & Associates will help anyone in the Portland Metro Area alleviate these issues. A Hilger & Associates member will go to the customer's house, and do everything from unpack the computer, to tweaking it to fit the consumer's needs.
We do this by using the software already included on your computer, as well as some trusted freeware and shareware off the internet. Also at the customer's request we will install and set up additional software purchased by the customer. (If needed we can tell the customer which software they'll want)
