I have spent quite a bit of time on a computer since I first got on my dad’s brand new windows 95. I couldn't even tell you who made it anymore, but man was that a cool computer. At least back then it came out. Now I operate mainly from my laptop which is a windows XP Pro with a Core Duo processer two gigs of RAM and an external hard drive for extra storage. A small upgrade from my first computer experience.
I am currently most comfortable with Windows XP but I am learning Vista, and I gain more experience with the Vista OS as more and more of my customers make the switch.
I have completed many computer jobs to date, everything from unpacking them from the box, to installing and setting up new hardware; although most of my computer work is fixing computers. The most important thing to do for your computer is prevent it from getting damage in the first place, and I can help with that. However, it’s not possible to avoid everything, so when things go wrong I can help with that too.
