Access Collections is a Portland Oregon based collections agency. The Access Collections website was built to generate business, as well as give both debtors and debtee's a way to contact the Access team. The Access Collections website provided a unique challenge for me. First of all, unlike any other site I had built to date, the goal of the Access Collections website was not to provide information. In fact the website was very restricted in what information it could have because it is a collections agency. Also all information taken through the website had to be very specific in order to keep the information safe and accurate.
The first challenge was overcome by using pictures to help fill the layout. This does hinder load time, but I used a small file format to help keep those down. Also if you notice there is just one services page, that really provides a lot of information instead of having six pages for all the services with very little information on each.
The second issue was overcome by using forms to collect all information. This way all the information given is displayed field by field and very hard to mistake.
